Soba Totto

This has become one of my favourite places to eat in NYC! Although it's a soba and yakitori place, I'd recommend skipping the yakitori and go for soba. Their yakitori isn't bad, but doen't justified for the price they charge. The soba, however, is brilliant.

We went on a weeknight and it was rather quiet.
 Soba on the wall.

Raw octopus marinated in wasabi sauce.
Tofu with tuna, tsa tsai, & sea urchin.
 Tsukune.
Steamed rice dumpling stuffed with chicken meatball. They're very good.
soba with sake lees of Dassai and hot duck dipping broth. Sooo good!
Kamo seiro soba (with hot duck dipping broth).
Sea urchin soba with grated mountain yam.
 Oyakodon.
Shiratama dumplings with brown sugar syrup & ice cream.
Shiratama dumplings with green tea ice cream & red bean.
Coconut banana.
