Smorgas Chef

It was a big mistake to order the prix fixe. I was already full half way, but the food was delicious.



 Chilled cucumber soup - Blenheim yogurt, avocado mousse, preserved lemon.
 Blenheim harvest - assorted farm lettuce, pickled radishes, walnut vinaigrette, shaved Parmesan, heirloom tomato and summer corn.
 Swedish meatballs and lingoberries.
Scandinavian soft vanilla waffle, strawberry compote, chantilly cream.
