Housing Works Bookstore Cafe

Donated books, volunteer staff, profits go to homeless people living with HIV/AIDS - this is what this bookstore cafe is about. Their books are of surprisingly good quality (and like new!), unlike the ones you find in the UK. The cafe is at the back of the bookstore.

Iced tea. My friend ordered an iced chai latte but the staff could only deliver it after a bit of trial and error, and a long wait...now I'm unsure about having coffee there...
