Totto Ramen

Totto Ramen is the first ramen place in NYC i heard about. It's famous for its ramen and long queues (they have about 20 seats and don't take bookings). Despite the hype, the only reason i think this place is worth writing about is their delicious broth.

 Snacks recommendations.
We sat at the back of the restaurant. This shows you how small (but not cramped) the place is.

Totto chicken paitan ramen with chicken and soft boiled egg. My chicken was coarse and very bland. The broth was the best i've had in NYC so far!
