Saxelby Cheese (Essex Market)

I went to the Essex Market to see this cheesemonger and I was pleasantly surprised! I was expecting something like Borough Market (with less traffic) - standard cheese stand in a shabby market. Was I wrong! This is a place I'd want to go back.

 Nice staff and super informative labels for those who would rather read themselves than ask for recommendations. Nice cool blue wall. We bought 1/3 of the second right cheese and finished it by the time we left the market!
